Portraits
When I started this business in 2003, traditional portraits were not originally in my business model. I’ve since learned that everyone needs something different. I’ve also learned that portraits are where I have the most fun. Traveling as far as DC and NYC, I try to bring the fun with me. I keep it simple. I focus on you, your family, or your group of friends.
No matter where the session is, I listen to you to help capture what you’re looking for. I’ve heard this concern way too often, “We really just felt like the last time we had our family portrait taken, the photographer was too interested in getting the shot HE wanted to get.” And I get it; as photographers, we LOVE capturing that one image that we can take home and put in our gallery or portfolio. But what’s the point if we’re not working with the customer to capture exactly what they’re looking for as well?
Trust and communication, I think, is at the core of why I’m still doing what I do, 13 years later, with hundreds of happy clients across the Delaware Valley area.
